‍‍项目位于大连钻石港湾的北岸，处于商业带与住宅区的交汇处，由大连广宇置业有限公司开发，景观面积65,000平方米。设计将公园区域人气聚集，丰富城市形象，进而成为钻石湾一颗璀璨的明珠。设计的灵感来自钻石，它闪耀高贵、刚毅典雅、奢华大气之特性，与钻石湾独有的企业文化相得益彰。设计中对造船长减噪与视线阻挡，采用种植减少冬季风影响，打开北侧居住区视线，最大化利用海景资源，营造视觉焦点，丰富视觉层次，丰富海岸线，形成健康步道，改善海湾水质，提升海湾品质。

‍‍The designers chose to use "pearl" to help symbolize the Diamond Bay project. The design was inspired by diamonds and its characteristic sparkle and elegance. The design uses planting to reduce the impact of winter wind towards the north end of the residential area, maximizing the use of sea views creating visual focus in many levels. The coastline and its footpaths help promote a healthy living style, improve water quality and enhance the quality of the bay.‍‍‍‍
