‍‍项目位于海南安定县，由定安县住房和城乡建设局开发，景观面积220,000平方米 ，是集休闲、生态、文化于一体的综合性公园。公园主体景观结构以入口大门为整体轴线的起点，亦为整个公园的大面积水景的中心，两侧设置翼型通透景墙，中央是大面积湖面景观，依地形设置跌水、台地生态广场、膜结构环绕景观、高低错落的涌泉等。兴安公园被誉为政府的前花园，城市的客厅，是定安县生态良性循环的象征。‍‍

‍‍The Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau's project, Xingan Park, is located in Anding County, Hainan Province and is a 220,000 square meters mixed purpose park: integrating leisure, ecology and culture. The central axis of the landscape structure finds its starting point in the main entrance, which is also the center of the park's water features, displaying waterwalls on its two sides, a big central lake with several types of structures and features, like fountains and falls, surrounded by footbridges to enjoy the landscape etc. Xing'an Park is named "The Garden of the Government", the best part of the city, and a symbol of Ding'an county's ecological virtuous cycle.
